ImportError: No module named paramiko

Installing PIP on Windows / Ubuntu / CentOS Machines

pip: command not found.

'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Windows Machine

> python -m pip install

Windows Machine Upgrade pip

> python -m pip install --upgrade pip 

Requirement already satisfied: pip in python\python38\lib\site-packages (21.0.1)
Collecting pip
  Downloading pip-21.1-py3-none-any.whl (1.5 MB)
     ------------------------------   1.5 MB 595 kB/s
Installing collected packages: pip
  Attempting uninstall: pip
    Found existing installation: pip 21.0.1
    Uninstalling pip-21.0.1:

Ubuntu Machine

For Python2 version

sudo apt-get install python-pip 

For Python3 and above version

sudo apt-get install python3-pip

Centos / RHEL Machine

For Python2 version 

yum install python-setuptools
easy_install pip

For Python3 and above version

sudo yum install python34-setuptools
sudo easy_install pip



Installing Paramiko SSH Library

ImportError: No module named paramiko

We get this python error when we don't have paramiko library installed

>>> import paramiko
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named paramiko

To install paramiko 

# pip install paramiko


# pip2 install paramiko


# pip3 install paramiko

Depending on your python version that you have installed on your machine.
