Tasty Indian Homemade Mango Lassi


Mango is an Indian fruit that crop arrives only during summer season. Its rich in Vitamin C but some times over eating Mango fruit causes heat. This can be mixed with Curd and consumed as Lassi as mentioned below. Here is Tasty Indian Homemade Mango Lassi Recipe to make two glasses of Mango Lassi


1.    Kesar flower leaves one pinch

2.   1 Ripe Mango Fruit Bigger Size 

3.   Sugar 3 Tablespoons

4.    Dahi / Curd / Yogurt 1 Cup

5.    Water 1 cups

6.    Ice Cubes 2 cubes (Optional)

1.    Take the mango pulp in to a bowl by removing the outer layer and seed

2. Blend Mango Pulp, Sugar, Curd and Water for 3 minutes until creamy layer of Mango Lassi is formed on top.

3.  Pour the above Blended Mango Lassi in to Glasses by garnishing it with Kesar Flower Leaves  

4.    Add one Ice Cubes (Optional) to each Glass and Serve it Immediately Cheers!!!
