Shrimp Samosa Recipe

 

Shrimp Samosa is awesome snack for non veg lovers. This snacks is almost made all over the world as its very good in taste as well as healthy. Below is the recipe to make 6-7 shrimp samosa recipe.

Ingredients for filling

  • 1 cup full shrimp
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion fully chopped
  • half table spoon chili powder
  • half table spoon coriander powder
  • half table spoon salt 
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • water

Ingredients for samosa layer

  • 1 and half cup all purpose flour
  • 1 liter cooking oil
  • half table spoon salt
  • water


Instruction for making samosa layer

  1. Mix all purpose flour salt and 3 table spoon oil thoroughly. Keep sprinkling little water and knead the mixture until it becomes smooth dough, leave it for 30 minutes
  2. Instruction for samosa filling
  3. Cut the shrimp in to smaller pieces and clean them thoroughly with running water
  4. Take pan heat the pan add oil, keep it into medium flame
  5. Then add onion fry it until golden brown 
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, then well cut shrimp and salt turmeric mix well
  7. After two minutes add chili and then coriander powder mix well, if required add 2 table spoon of water and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Take out pan and leave it to cool in room temperature.


Instruction for Deep Frying Samosa

  1. Cut the dough in to 6-7 pieces and roll them in to smaller balls. 
  2. Make the smaller dough balls in to plane roti type using the rolling ping
  3. Fold it into samosa shaped cone and fill with three table spoon of shrimp filling.
  4. Fully cover the samosa so that it should not break during the fry by applying water
  5. Take frying pan add 1 liter oil and wait until oil gets heated completely gently add the raw samosa 
  6. Fry until golden brown and server Hot !!!
