Roasted Pumpkin Seed Recipe

 

Pumpkin Seeds are rich in proteins and fats, when cutting pumpkin some throw the seeds as its very hard to peal the outer layer and eat them. Here is an easy tasty way to snack on some roasted Pumpkin Seeds.


Ingredients

  • One Cup of Seeds having Outer Layer
  • Salt four table Spoon
  • Water 2 cups
  • 4 table spoon Oil
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 table Spoon

Instruction 

  1. Heat the water in to a pan add salt and add Pumpkin Seeds Boil for 3 minutes
  2. Remove water from Pumpkin Seeds and dry them in Sunlight for 2-3 days
  3. Remove the Outer Layer of Pumpkin Seeds
  4. Heat the Oil in to a pan, Add the Pumpkin Seeds and Roast for 2-3 minutes
  5. Leave the mixture to cool add Black Pepper Powder and mix well 
  6. Store in to dry bottle and consume it.
