Mutton Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 KG Mutton
  • One table spoon salt
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste (Home Made)
  • 3/4 liter water
  • Coriander Leaves 3 branches chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the mutton in to running water and drain excess water, Also clean coriander leaves
  2. Add Mutton, Salt, Green Chilies, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Leaves and Water boil for 50-60 minutes until the water reduces to half and mixture starts leaving oil
  3. Pour the mixture in to small bowls and start serving it hot.
