Masala Lassi (Chaas) | Buttermilk

 

Masala Lassi is an Indian Drink good for digestion and maintaining body temperature in Summer Season famous in North India, mostly in Punjab Province. Below is the Recipe to make two glasses of Masala Lassi

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup yoghurt (curd)
  2. 2 cup water
  3. Half table spoon Ginger
  4. Coriander leaves 2-3 Branches
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. 10-15 handful mint leaves 
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  8. Half table spoon salt
  9. 1 green chili

Instructions

  1. Grind the Ginger, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves and Green Chillies to fine mixture
  2. Add above grinded mixture in to blender, add curd, water and black salt and salt, blend it for 4 minutes until mixture gets smooth
  3. Pour the above Masala Lassi in to Glasses, garnish it with 2/3 Mint leaves on top and Serve Immediately !!
