Indian Plain Salt Lassi Recipe or Punjabi Lassi Recipe

 

Salt Lassi is an North India drink common in mostly in Punjab Province. Below is the Recipe to make two glasses of Plain Salt Lassi

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup yoghurt (curd)
  2. 2 cup water
  3. Half table spoon salt
  4. Mint Leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Blend curd, water and salt for about four minutes until mixture gets smooth
  2. Pour the above Salt Lassi in to Glasses, garnish it with 2/3 Mint leaves on top and Serve Immediately !!
