Garlic Naan Bread Recipe


Garlic Naan is very helpful in reducing the cholesterol levels in the body, made with flour and Garlic. Garlic Naan is native of North Indian style cooking. Below if the recipe to cook 6 Garlic Naan


  • 3 cups Maida flour
  • 4-5 table spoon of Garlic paste
  • Half cup curd
  • half table spoon salt
  • 5 table spoon ghee
  • 1 cup Water
  • 5 tablespoon Hot Butter

  1. Take clean bowl add Maida flour, 3 table spoon Garlic paste, add salt, curd and ghee mix well.
  2. Knead the mixture in to soft round ball by sparkling water as required for Kneading. Keep this for 4-5 hours
  3. Cut the dough in to 6-7 pieces and roll over using hand to make small small balls 
  4. Using roti maker roll the dough pieces flat in to circular shapes
  5. Gently take out the raw naan and put into Hot Tawa apply butter across the corners of naan using spoon 
  6. Flip the naan when the dark patches start appearing using roti cooking plier
  7. Again apply some butter across corners let it cook for 30-50 seconds
  8. Once Naan starts developing dark patches remove the naan out of Tava, do the same for other dough balls
