Egg Biryani


Egg Biryani is delicious meal for Egg Lovers and Some Vegetarians who eat Eggs. Egg Biryani is Indian Style Cooking and its easy to cook because of its less time. Below is the recipe to cook two plate of Egg Biryani.

Ingredients for Boiling Egg

  • Eggs 4
  • Water 1/2 liter

Instruction for Boiling Egg

  1. Take Cooking Vessel heat in to medium flame add water and add Eggs
  2. Cook for 15 minutes and leave it to cool in to normal temperature
  3. When Eggs are cooled remove the outer shells, keep into cup
  4. Make 2 slits on Each Eggs for filling up masala

Ingredients for Cooking Rice

  • Rice 1/2 KG
  • Water 1 Liter
  • Salt 1/2 Table Spoon

Instructions For Cooking Rice

  1. Clean the Rice using Water and drain out the remaining water
  2. Take Cooking Vessel in to medium flame add 1 Liter of Water
  3. After 3 minutes when water tries to boil, slowly add rice in to it
  4. Add Salt and cook for 8-10 minutes (or) Check out until rice is 90 percent Cooked
  5. Strain the excess hot water out of rice and Keep a side

Ingredients for Cooking Egg Biryani

  • Oil / Ghee 4 table Spoon
  • Onions 3 chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 table spoon
  • Tomatoes 3 Chopped
  • Bay Leaf Small Size
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Cardamom and Cinnamon 1 each
  • Biryani / Garam Masala 1 table Spoon
  • Chili Powder 1/2 Table Spoon
  • Coriander Leaves 5-6 Branches
  • Mint Leaves 5-6 Branches
  • Salt Half Table Spoon
  • Water Half Cup(150ML)

Instruction for Cooking Egg Biryani

  1. Take cooking vessel heat into medium flame, add Oil / Ghee
  2. After 30 Seconds Add Bay Leaf, cloves, Cinnamon and Cardomom and Onion 
  3. After 30 Seconds Sauté well until Onion turns Golden Brown, Add Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. Add Tomatoes, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves and Keep Mixing well
  5. Add Chili Powder, Garam Masala / Biryani Masala Salt and Water Mix well, 
  6. Add Eggs, Mix well so that Masala gets into Eggs
  7. After 1 minutes Remove the Eggs and Add Rice into it Mix Slightly
  8. Cook Rice for 2 minutes and Add the Eggs on top of Rice
  9. Now leave it to cool for 3-4 minutes, take out into plates and serve Hot !!!
