How to make Chicken Kebab Recipe

Chicken Kebab is favorite dish for those who love Chicken. With the crispy layer on top and soft tender chicken inside is also delicious side disk during special occasions or weekends. Below is the recipe to cook 20-25 pieces of Chicken Kebab.


  • Chicken 1 KG
  • All Purpose Flour(Maida) 4 Spoon
  • Corn flour 2 table spoon
  • Half Cup Curd
  • 1 Egg
  • Ajinomoto salt 1/2 spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon
  • Salt 1 table Spoon
  • 1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Spoon Coriander Powder
  • Oil 1/2 ltr for deep frying

Ingredients for Garnish

  • Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Lemon Cut in to four pieces

  1. Add Chicken, Curd, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder and Ajinomoto mix well marinate for 2 hours
  2. Add Marinated Chicken, Maida, Corn flour, Egg, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste Make thick Paste
  3. Heat Oil in to medium flame take out chicken pieces and fry until they turn Reddish Brown
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves, Onion, Lemon pieces and Serve
